We implement a proven yet flexible process for our clients. Once we have decided to work with one another, we begin our internal 10-step process.

Our 10-step process

  1. Discuss the overall scope and desired outcomes.
  2. Provide a client survey to get to know more about you and your preferences.
  3. Understand the construction and architectural team needed, and make proper introductions, or meet the team you have hand-selected in advance.
  4. Create plans, elevations, and renderings.
  5. Take inspiration trips to see all the wonderful materials available.
  6. Make selections for construction materials, ordered through our procurement team or the builder depending on circumstances.
  7. Provide project oversight in conjunction with the builder and architect throughout construction.
  8. Procure, order, and manage furnishings, window treatments, art, and accessories.
  9. Installation.
  10. Finish line celebration.
